Our Senses
In school we learn that we have five senses. Did you know that the number of senses we have isn’t even agreed upon? It’s best to say that those 5 are the five basic senses, but there is much more to it than that. See if you can imagine how becoming aware of each of these senses in the flower could help you to deepen your relationship with your body.
