Service Description

(Un)becoming Practice is the antidote to shame, self doubt and appeasement. This online group movement experience is designed to grow your comfort with taking up space, give you full autonomy in your movement, full confidence in your expression and the shift the culture around the way we support each other with regard. (Un)Becoming Practice utilizes the established form of Authentic Movement practice through the eyes of the digital age. These 6 sessions will not be recorded so you feel free to experiment and show up exactly how you need to without worry that you’ll be captured out of context. If the current schedule doesn't work for you but you would like to be put on a waitlist, please email Rates for this series are on a sliding scale Here’s how the 90 min sessions will go: We’ll spend time getting comfortable being on camera, getting used to not just being a talking head and allowing your whole body to be seen. We will warm up our senses so we feel really present and ready to move. And we'll practice how observe to ourselves and others in a non-judgemental way. The group is intentionally small to uphold a sense of intimacy and ease.
